I hate horrormovies when they are all about stalking and then slashing, with lots of blood and gore. gross !!! I loved the sixth sense, it's my favorite, followed by poltergeist. Also i love very old horror movies like "Them!" (huge ants , pathetic ) and "night of the living dead". these "horror"-movies aren't scary at all, but they are really funny. Has anybody seen the "attack of the fifty-foot woman" ? It's a scream! ;D

I like most of them, even if horrifyingly low production values would render it laughable. Then I laugh, and enjoy it all the same. Best big budget or infamous film id have to say is Day of the Dead. Gotta love Rhodes and "Doc Frankenstein". Fave series of movies, i think Hellraiser is the best written and executed (no pun intended).
Heres some obscure faves of mine, see if any of you recognize them!
Sisters of Satan- There are 2 diffrent versions of this film, and I enjoyed them both very differently. One is a cheesefest of bad makeup and effects. The other is a brilliant, well writtten film about 16th century nuns gone wacko and the Catholic church and corruption. If you listen to industrial music, you will find that many many samples are pulled from these 2 movies.
Bloodsucking Freaks- This is a pretty sick, and oft times hilarious movie about some sadistic freaks and their friends, and their fun hobbies and diets.

It would have be be any movie that Barbra Streisand has been in, followed closely by any movie with Alec Baldwin! Those two are the scariest! (at least their scatter-brained pinko political outlook is!) They are enough to make the hair on the back of your neck stand up!
