Check this, there's a power where the haunter turns into a giant snake and he can also use his powers in that form but the snake power would just keep depleting power and so you use pursuit and chase them around house only the person who the power was used on could see the snake though so everyone would think their crazy ;D

what about a power for water-elementals? maybe a power that creates a raining cloud above the victim's head, following his/her for a while. maybe that would be quite stupid, but can somebody think up anything scary with water?
