You have put on the info page that clatterclaws can go outside, but he can't (however much i wish he could)

All the banshees can go inside, but only on thorougfares(like around the stairs to another floor and such), kind of like the headless horseman, he can only be put on outside thorougfares though, its basically where people walk, roads and such.
