The Painter theory

At the start of act 3 you unlock 3 ghosts one of which being The Painter. In the beta he was supposed to be a mortal in a cut scenario and later a ghost trapped in his own painting the painting now hangs in the Hutz house (Poultrygeist/Calamityville horror) on the second floor. Out of the few paintings there one of which has 3 fetters including the Emotional fetter that The Painter has. I have never seen this painting until now strangely but I think this is his Painting and the fetters while cool were probably the same fetters on his painting knowing how the developers handled the game they probably cut the scenario, put him in act 3 and the painting in the Hutz house
