I did this for two reasons: One, bragging rights. Two: to let anyone who tries this know about a slight problem I had, and maybe see if anyone has a solution. When I first edited this so that Thorne was in the game, I modified Harriet instead of Windwalker, because I didn't really use her. But when I did that, Thorne started holding himself and behaving the same way Harriet did, and having a skeleton pirate act like a bunny girl was...weird. So I went with Windwalker instead, since I don't use him either. But now Thorne is kind of stuck in the position you see in the picture, no matter what. So if anyone has anything to say about this problem, or the ghost I made Thorne out to be, please feel free!

There's a way to "fix" the animations after BSP swapping. It's a bit complicated. Do you know anything about HEX editing?

Okay, then I think you should stick to try swapping different models. See which one works best.

Static worked quite well for me, if you don't mind him flipping around and such. I even changed his text, thumbnail, and epitaph lol.
