How about a move that's kinda a mix of Clone/Shapeshifter and ghoustly apparition?
A translucent vershion copy of a mortal is made and it wounders around the haunting, causing medium belief and low-mediun terror, maybe low madness, and the copied mortal faints whenever they see it.

Wasn't seeing a doppelganger supposed to be deadly? Not that you can do such a thing in the game, of course!

Doppelganger's are supposed to predict death, as is seeing your doppelganger. If I saw a complete clone of me, I wouldn't be "mildly" afraid. I'd be HORRIFIED!
