Here are the ones I remember:

Attraction powers:
Intrigue: lures nearby mortals
Hidden Maze: opens random portals in the house that leads to the ghost's room
Fascinate: Stronger attraction, small madness
Obsession: Affects everyone, small madness
Cold
bitter cold: level 1 cold
icebreath: level 2 cold
Icy touch: Freezes a mortal, reduces willpower
Frozen stiff!: Freezes everyone in the room
Frozen Stiff: level 4 cold //there is no level three
Dream
uncover fear: finds out conscious fear
dream thief: finds out all fear, wakes up(?)
sleep: target sleeps
sleep walking : sleeping fetter walks around
Dream Demon: If used on a sleeping man whose fear is known, GIGANTIC amount of terror
Electric:
Cut lights: turns of the light switch, causes uneasiness
Sparks: small scare, damages fetter
Blown Fuse: partial blackout, fusebox fixes, causes uneasiness
Strange Behaviour: If fetter is functional, it creates modest belief
Blackout: as blown fuse, but affects everything
Sparkstorm: all electric fetters in room sparks
Wild & Crazy: If functional fetter in room is jumping, makes people run, but has no other effect (maybe a bug?)
Surge: Room's fuse is blown, all electric thing is broken (not destroyed), huge terror
Emotion:
Fluster: target is now uneasy
Shattered Nerves: everyone in room is uneasy, small madness
Taste aura: learns target's conscious fear
Read aura: learns the conscious fear of everyone in the room
Phobia: Adds a new conscious fear , small madness
Unearthly calm: Mortals affected by it are immune to terror for a while, converts terror to belief(?)
Fear
Fright: small scare
Dread: everyone in the room is scared
Numb: target is mediumly scared,
Terrorise: everyone in the room is mediumly scared
Paralyse: Heavy terror, target can not move for a while
//Phobia:
Scared to death: Heavy terror, target faints
Flow
Leak: water pours from the walls, belief, lures people
Gore: water fetters in room spit blood
seeping blood: large terror on anyone entering the room while in effect
flood: medium terror and medium belief on anyone entering the room while in effect
gushing blood: huge terror on anyone entering the room while in effect
Ground:
Tremors: small quake in one room, damaged objects
//Leak
Slow: sloooooows people down, scares people with the fear of being Trapped
Trap: roots the feet of the people who are in the room after being cast for a while
Quake: Earthquake effecting the whole level, destroys many fetters

Swallow: Target is swallowed by the ground up to the hips
Buried Alive: Target is completely swallowed by the ground
Heat
Sweat- level 1 heat
Roast - level 2 heat
Bonfire- Room s set on illusionary fire
Human Torch: target is ignited
Inferno: level 4 heat // again, no level 3
Great Balls of Fire: everyone in the room is ignited
