Nope, I had to do a total and complete reformat since I had upgraded my motherboard along with the video card and only had so much space on my DVD-RW's. I figured it'd be more important to save stuff I couldn't easily replace..

Good thinking! In this case there was no need to keep your old savegames anyway. I've got some for you here. Unzip the files to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Ghost Master\Savegames and start the game. It should now be forced into a certain (moderate) display setting. Let's see if that works!

Still no luck.. I don't think its a resolution problem.
Problem with file installing?
Disc got messed up over a couple of years of just sitting there? I'unno.

That's highly unlikely. It has most likely got something to do with your new video card. If you do want to be sure the disc is OK, I suggest you try it on another computer. I'll meanwhile think about the next move.
