I was on vacation for some time ago, and I bought Ghost Master in some tech store. The issue is, that I bought the Czech version, and now I can't change the language into english. Can anyone help me?

I'm afraid there's no easy way to change the language in Ghost Master. The only option is to replace all subtitle and spoken sound files, but that means you've got to somehow get those files. I e-mailed them to somebody once, but that was one heck of a job! I could try it again, though...

Well, you already gave me the english subtitles (necessary for the new scenario and patch), but now I too would like to hear the narrator.
However, if there is a way to hear again the french narrator, instead of finding the english spoken sound files, that's not a problem for me.

Um... The narrator's voice was stored in the Voice directory, I believe (C:\Program Files\Empire Interactive\GhostMaster\GhostData\voice). In that folder you will find a folder named "french" or something. Just rename it to "english" (again without the double quotes) and the sound files should work again.
