Power Bubble Cut Off by Edge of Screen

Has anyone else had the problem of the bubble containing the description of a power being cut-off by the right edge of the screen? It happens when I'm reviewing the power on the team selection screen, and I'm reviewing the higher number powers that are listed near the right edge of the screen.

I thought at first that I had the monitor set up incorrectly, but everything else looks normal enough.

Kind of annoying, really, and somewhat shocking that something so blatantly obvious would get a pass from QA. But then, it's only a game.
