Graphics Problems

Hi there. Just bought this and installed it.

First problem was with the glitchy sound, which I managed to sort out with the 1.0.2 patch.

However, a new problem has cropped up. The graphics on the mortals and ghosts are a bit of a mess, lots of unwanted polygons etc.

My GFX card is geforce 3ti200 and I am using the very latest drivers 45.63? from nvidia, have also tried with the prvious 44.03 drivers but no joy.

Any Ideas? At the moment I can only play with good graphics but crappy sound or vice versa with the patch installed!

By me goes the same advice;

1) Update your card drivers

2) Update Ghost Master (which you've already done)

3) Play the game with the lowest detail settings

4) If none of the above works,

(cut cut cut....) ....BUY A NEW GRAPHICS CARD!!!

He doesn't need a new card - a GF3 Ti200 is fine (I'd rather have one of those than a GF4 MX).

What's your sound card?

The 43.XX drivers are known to be ok for Ghost Master. I would use Driver Cleaner first.

I have tried the 43.45 drivers, they make no difference.

I have an old (pre 2000?) crystal fusion soundcard, but I cannot see that causing the graphics glitch.

Its a shame but I simply cannot play the game as it is now and cannot seem to find any other solution.

There may be a corruption with the meshes in your game directory.

Now that you have very recent drivers on, I would reinstall the game (be careful of your saves!)

If you still experience graphic problems after you reinstalled the game, DON'T PANIC!!! There are some known issues with GeForce cards and Ghost Master.
