GAHH!! Just got Blair whatever-her-name-is

To go into the correct bathroom in the Bedknobs level and the game crashed back to the desktop, this is a few times it's happened now, and on quite a few levels, anyone any ideas on how to figure out what's wrong?
It ISN'T the PC specs, they're perfectly acceptable and all the drivers are up to date.
Any help would be appreicated, thanx

Seems several people have a variety of crash issues, but so far, there's no hard and fast rule to fix it.

Reboot seems to help clear it up for a while, but other than that, most of us are just hoping a patch will help out.
