Right I can get onto my game fine but after about a minute the video will crash, the sound will continue and I can move the mouse around but I can not interact with the game in any way, to get back to my desktop I have to restart manually. Please could someone help me.

What are the specs of your system? RAM, graphics card, Processor, etc.
And have you upraded your mouse and graphics drivers? and have you check to see if your graphics card is one of the items in the incompatible list?

I have got the latest Nvidia drivers off the website. but still it happens. thankyou for replying though.

Make sure you've got Microsoft media player 9 installed, as the game needs it's video codecs. I had similar problems that seemed to be cured by this. Good luck!

i am having the same problem too. i can cure it by going into menus and turning all sound off... not good i know but at least itll play
