2:Description of guide
ok guys this is ver 0.1 of my first ever guide so I WILL make a lot of mistakes.This is a guide of all the levels and ghosts,with my personal strategies,a few bits of them are from others but not the entire thing.Please e-mail me if you don’t understand something or would like to contribute something.
3:Levels
OK fellers this is the reason a lot of you are looking at this guide so here we go…
ACT I
Haunting 101
Trapped Ghosts:Weatherwitch
Ghosts to bring:Cogjammer,Shivers,Boo,Clatterclaws
Strategy:Right off the bat,talk to WW then put Cogjammer on the radio above her and use Wild and Crazy to free her.Next bench Cogjammer and put Clatterclaws in the living room with maximum power band.Leave him be,then put Boo in Dorothy Cohn’s room and use Rattle Chains to wake her up.Put Boo in the upstairs main room with max power band also,then put Shivers on the rug downstairs with everything except TK Storm.Put Cogjammer on the TV/Stereo or on the refrigerator in the kitchen with everything.Now just wait.You might want to put Weatherwitch outside as Thunderclap can scare mortals,but I don’t because we need as much plasm as possible so we can get TK Storm.That scares away anybody in the same room.(on this level anyway)
Replays:basically the same thing except your haunters are trained, so you can use different Powers
The Calamityville Horror
Trapped Ghosts:Arclight,Maxine Factor,Static
Ghosts to bring:Ghastly,Boo,Stonewall,Clatterclaws
Strategy:First put Ghastly on the piano and use Bitter Cold ONLY.Then go to the basement and talk to Arclight then put Stonewall on the exposed mound of earth and use Tremor.Bench him for now and talk to Static and Maxine.
If a fire is going downstairs with Ghastly,put Boo in the room with smoke in it upstair and use only Rattle Chains.Once somebody gets up there they will go back downstairs and call the repairman.He will go to the smokey room and free Static.Now do Boo with Rattle Chains in Maxine’s room(you can bench Ghastly)until a male rips the boards off the door.Keep Boo on Rattle Chains until a female comes upstairs,then use Intrigue with Maxine and bench Boo.Once the female is through with the makeup,Maxine is free.Now put Boo(he’s really useful in this level isn’t he)in Arclight’s “room” and keep Rattle Chains-ing until someone gets down there and pounds the bricks out,freeing him.Now just wait for the cops to see 2 skeletons and you win!
Note:You can use Clatterclaws at any time in any room,he’s just here in case you start losing plasm.Also,if you teach Stonewall Quake you can use that instead of Tremor for Arclight and Rattle Chains for the boards.=)
Replays:Like I just said,teach Stonewall Quake.It will help A LOT with this level.
Weird Séance
Trapped Ghosts:Terroreyes,Lucky,Wendel
Ghosts to bring:Aether,Static,Shivers,Boo,Clatterclaws
Strategy:First,talk to Lucky if you want to use the Luckstorm way of freeing her(give a mortal good luck when they play pinball)if not,then don’t.Put Clatterclaws in the room with the stereo downstairs with all powers going.Bind Boo in the living room and do the obvious.Put Static on the mousetrap in the basement, and use Strange Vision.This instantly scares away all three of the guys down there, and gives you a nice Plasm boost.Now put Static on the moose head upstairs if you’re not doing the give-mortals-good-luck way to free Lucky and use Sparkstorm,which frees her.Now put Static on the traffic light in the entry room(with the basketball hoop in it)and put him on highest band possible.Now talk to Wendel and use his Laughter power to wake Ted up.Use Aether’s Shattering Song outside Terroreyes’ window to free him.Now put Lucky on the stereo with Clatterclaws,and have her use all her powers.Now(finally)put Shivers on the sofa in the living room and keep bringing his power band up until you have him with TK Storm.Now just keep scaring everyone away.Once Wendel is freed by getting rid of Ted Gable,bind him in the upstairs corridor that the stairs lead to with all powers on.Keep in mind that Static and Shivers are your main scarers here;)
Replays:Once again,same thing except with better trained haunters, but you can bring Ghastly if you want this time
Summoners Not Included
Trapped Ghosts:Raindancer,Whisperwind,Moonscream
Ghosts to bring:Stonewall,Aether,Boo,Static,Clatterclaws
Strategy:First bind Stonewall on the path leading out of the porta potty and use Tremor.Bench him and talk to Raindancer.Then put Aether with Shatter Song on the bike near Whisperwind to free him.Bench Aether and put WhisperWind by the cellar doors and use Tempest to blow the leaves off.Bench him,then put Boo in the cellar and use Kinesis to move the tome.Bench him,talk to Moonscream and wait.The mortals must find the cellar door,then find it’s key in Raindancer’s outhouse and unlock it.Once they’re downstairs a cutscene will commence in which the students attempt at summoning the Darkling.Then Prof.Kraus comes in spoiling for a fight.After the cutscene wait until all the students are gone or on the stairs,then put Static on the tape recorder doohickey and Clatterclaws anywhere downstairs.Use Moonscream’s Spooky Surprise so the Prof. will see her,so she is free.Now put Clatter and Static both with maximum power band on Kraus.If the students start coming downstairs,turn off all powers until they leave.Once Kraus if gone the students will come back and summon the Darkling.Don’t get too excited,he’s not fully released yet because 3 measly mortal souls aren’t enough to soothe his appetite.We will come back to him at the end of Act 2.
Note:there’s no way to persuade/lure the students to free Raindancer,so it’s the error of the script if she’s freed or not.
Replays:Except for the Stonewall-Quake thing,nothing really new
Act II
Deadfellas
Trapped Ghosts:Knuckles,Fingers,Wavemaster,Flash
Jordan
Ghosts to bring:Lucky,Boo(with Fool’s Errand),Weatherwitch(with Rain),Raindancer,Banzai,Buck(or Clatterclaws)
Strategy:Alright this is a long one so brace yourself.First put Boo way in the bottom of the ship with Wavemaster and use Leak if the woman isn’t gone,Rattle Chains if she is.When somebody is downstairs all the way use Leak and they will activate the pump,freeing Wavemaster.Now go put Lucky on the roulette table about 3 floors up from here and have her cast ONLY Luckstorm.Eventually Knuckles should be freed,the point is to make the guy who stands there all the time lose 3 times*.Wait until Bartholemew is in Flash Jordan’s room then put Banzai on the tree near her and use Quake to break her urn.If Don is in the room his belief will get a nice boost and Flash’ll be freed.Now find Jude Klous the cook and cast Fool’s Errand on him w/ Boo.When he runs to Fingers’ floor,put Boo in Fingers’ room and use Rattle Chains.This should attract the cook,who knows the tune Fingers wants.Wait until the long cutscene ends then bench Boo.Now it’s time to focus on the Don.Follow him everywhere with Weatherwitch[Rain],Buck/Clatter[anything],and Raindancer[Haunted Hail].Sorry but I can’t really offer any tips on doing this,just follow him around with everybody.
*I know this is not a very good motive to rely on,but it’s the best I got.
Replays:Same thing completely
Facepacks and Broomsticks
Ghosts Trapped:Hogwash,Tricia,Firetail
Ghosts to bring:{1 of each Earth,Water,and Air elemental},Boo,Fingers*,Static
Strategy:Talk to Tricia then go to the basement and bind your three elementals to the fetters in the circle to free Firetail,scare all witches present,and protect your ghosts from banishment.Now put Fingers on the rug on the first floor with all powers up to Dread.Then put Boo in Tricia’s bathroom with ONLY Rattle Chains to possibly attract Blair Welchel.She needs to get in that bathroom to free Tricia.Then,very quickly,put Firetail on Tony Tupolo’s headphones and set Tony on fire.Put Firetail back on the torch thing in the basement to maintain protection.The human torch-ed Tony will run everywhere,hopefully onto the patio with Hogwash.I don’t think there is a definitive way of getting him,just make Ethereal Gifts with Tricia and make Tony run,and maybe eventually you will get him.Sorry=(.After you have everyone except possibly Tricia,start scaring the witches with everything you’ve got.Power Fingers up to maximum but DO NOT use Unearthly Calm,as it will prevent the witches from fleeing if it hits them.Static is excellent on the TV or refrigerator,especially if you’ve trained him to have Terror Incarnate.So just give those nasty witches everything you’ve got!
*You can replace him with Hypnos if you have taught Static Scared to Death,because it’ll make ‘em faint,then you put Hypnos on with a Dreamthief-Dream Demon combo to scare them away.
Replays:See above{and of course there’s Weatherwitch for you to free}
The Unusual Suspects
Ghosts Trapped:Electrospasm,Blue Murder,Banzai(SECRET)
Ghosts to bring:Tricia,Hogwash/Cogjammer,Stonewall,Clatterclaws,
Buck,Firetail
Strategy:Put Stonewall on the little tree in the lobby to free Banzai,then put Hogwash/Cogjammer on the big switch in Electrospasm’s room with Surge/Wild and Crazy to free ol’ Spasmy.Now talk to Blue Murder and scare Officer Andrew Haid away completely.Now,scare the pants off everyone,but DO NOT scare Detective Norman Franz away,he is the bent cop Blue Murder wants.He has to go downstairs and steal some money then use Obsession with BM and he will come in her room.Use Terror Incarnate or Strange Vision when he is in her room to free her.Now put Tricia in the big mirror in the lobby,she can be useful.Put your gremlin on the computers upstairs with max power band.Now put Firetail on another computer in the same room,also with max power band.Now put Clatterclaws in the entry room and Buck in the place with the police car outside.Put Electrospasm on the car ASAP he is very useful here.You can put Banzai on one of the grassy areas, use Quake to open the prison doors and let those dudes out.Since this destroys all the computers in the lobby,put Cogjammer on the TV upstairs and Firetail on an Ethereal Gift Tricia has hopefully made upstairs.Now just scare everyone away!
Replays:Bring Terroreyes instead of Clatter with Terror Incarnate and Strange Vision and put him on a gift Tricia makes,he is VERY useful.
Poultrygeist
Ghosts Trapped:Hard Boiled
Ghosts to bring:Blue Murder,Buck,Moonscream,Cogjammer,Electrospasm,
Knuckles
Strategy:Find Carol-Anne and talk to Hard Boiled.Then,put Cogjammer on the microwave in the kitchen with everything.Next put Moonscream in the stairway area,we need her here to stop people from calling the Medium.Have her up to Dread for now.Put Buck in the room with the piano with max power band.Now wait until you have enough plasm,then put Electrospasm on the stereo with Buck and Blue Murder on the tea set.Have Electrospasm up to Spooky Surprise and Blue Murder up to Obsession.That is a VERY strong attraction power and we need it because once you get Knuckles in here,basically anybody who walks in will be scared out of their pants.After everyone except Carol-Anne is gone a Ghostbreaker will come and Hard Boiled is freed.Now scare Carol-Anne and the ghostbreaker away to win.
Replays:If you teach Ghastly Terrorize,you don’t need Knuckles you can get Ghastly instead(I only picked him because Terrorize is amazing)
Phantom of the Operating Room
Ghosts Trapped:Brigit,DayDreamer,Harriet{our first Trickster}
Ghosts to bring:Moonscream,Hard Boiled ,Firetail,Hypnos,Ghastly,Static(with Scared to Death)
Strategy:Put Hard Boiled on Kevin and use any of his powers as long as Kevin is immobilized in that room.
Put Firetail on the TV,and Ghastly on the patient bed at the far end of the room and start scaring everything that moves until you have 200 plasm.When you do,bench everyone and VERY QUICKLY put Static on the TV,set him to pick on Kevin,and use his Scared to Death.Then bench Static and put Hypnos on Kevin and use Dreamthief first,then Dream Demon.Bench him and wait for Kevin to wake up.When he does,put Firetail back on the TV and Human Torch Kevin to send him runnin.To free Harriet,Jimmy Dowd has to pick up the bunny toy,and he only does that if it’s in the same room.Since Kevin dropped it before he started fleeing,Harriet should be freed in mere moments.To free Daydreamer,use Moonscream’s Cacophony in the circular room right next to Daydreamer’s room.Now,for Brigit,you have to get Dr.Seth Greenwood to look at her via Strange Vision.This is HARD because Greenwood is practically immune to powers like Obsession,so the way that I go with is this,and do it on revisits so you don’t need to free Harriet:Use Blackout,because the Doctor is one of the people who will go into the basement to turn the power back on.Use Strange Vision when he comes out of the room with the switch and he should see her.You might also want to take Boo and use Rattle Chains,because he might go investigate that.Anyway,afterwards just put Firetail and Static in the lobby,Moonscream on the stairs,Ghastly on one of the beds upstairs,and Harriet outside with Ethereal Gift for Hypnos/Hard Boiled/Daydreamer.Keep in mind that powers such as Surge and Great Balls of Fire and good powers to use here,as they scare multiple mortals at once.
Replays:A whole lot easier because you don’t have to free the ghosts.See my above words for the first replay,others are basically the same.
The Blair Wisp Project
Ghosts Trapped:Sparkle,Blair Wisp,Darkling
Ghosts to bring:Arclight,Whisperwind,Weatherwitch,Banzai,Knuckles,Terroreyes,Blue Murder
Strategy:Talk to Blair Wisp,then put Whisperwind on the island and use Tempest to blow the fog away.Bench him and bring in Weatherwitch with Siren Song.When the people go into the water,then run out,bench Weatherwitch and use Blair Wisp’s Hypnotic Image.When they set foot on the island he will be freed.Now put Arclight on the corpse near Sparkle and use Bonfire to free her.Bench Arclight and put Knuckles and Terroreyes on the two traps and have them use Ice Breath,which freezes the lake.Put Blue Murder on the trap across the lake and use Obsession.While you wait for the people to cross the river,put Banzai way over near the huge dead tree and use Quake to knock it down.Bench him,then,when all 3 mortals have crossed the river bench Terroreyes and Knuckles to unfreeze it and bench Blue Murder as well.Now go way over to the cabin and use any and all attraction powers you have to lure over to the cabin.When they are on the tree you knocked over use Darkling’s Obsession,and sit back.The game will finish the level for you.
Replays:Same thing
Act III
Spooky Hollow
Ghosts Trapped:Dragoon,Scarecrow,Black Crow,Stormtalon(SECRET)
Ghosts to bring:Wavemaster,(with Seeping Blood)Whisperwind,Weatherwitch,Blair Wisp,Flash Jordan,Hypnos,Blue Murder
Strategy:Put Whisperwind in front of the windmill and use Tempest.Then,go to the sleeping guy,put Hypnos on him,bench Whisperwind if necessary,and use Dreamthief,then when you have enough plasm(Dragoon runs around scaring people for you)use Dream Demon and bench him.You should have around 125 plasm now.Put Whisperwind back in with Tempest,but have Weatherwitch accompany him with Gusts,and finally,put Wavemaster in the lake and use Rain.Lightning should strike the dead tree,which frees Stormtalon.Bench Wavemaster and put Stormtalon next to Black Crow’s cabin with Tempest.The force of the double Tempest and Gusts should free Black Crow.Bench all of them,and put Blue Murder on the trap behind the windmill and use Obsession.Put Flash Jordan on the corpse by the bridge and have her possess the first adult that comes to the bridge from Obsession.Go way over to Scarecrow,put Wavemaster in the puddle and use Seeping Blood to free him.Bench Wavemaster and go back to Flash Jordan.When the possessed mortal looks in the windmill’s window,bench Blue Murder.The mortal will run back to the farm to inform everyone of the news.You will lose Possession here,so put her back on the corpse by the bridge and wait.That same mortal should come back to the windmill.Possess them again and wait.The game will play itself out for about a minute here,so just sit back.When the possessed mortal goes to bury the skull,lose possession.Now just use Dragoon,Flash,Stormtalon,Black Crow,Wavemaster,ANYBODY to scare away that guy who was in the windmill and you win!
Revisits:It may be easier to teach Weatherwitch Typhoon,but nothing else new.
Ghostbreakers
Ghosts trapped:Windwalker(SECRET)
Ghosts to bring:Hogwash,Stormtalon,Static,Sparkle,Clatterclaws, Scarecrow,Lady Rose,Terroreyes
Strategy:Put Hogwash on the van and use Blackout.Now put him in the office to the left of the lobby(with the ghostbreaker sitting down in it)and Surge in there.Bench Hogwash and go into what used to be the evidence room and put Static on the machine with Sparkstorm.Bench him,put Stormtalon up in the Blue Ward and Surge there also.Now wait for Hogwash’s and Stormtalon’s Surges to charge up while scaring people.Once charged,put Sparkle on the van,Stormtalon in the parking lot,and Hogwash on the fetter in the stairwell area downstairs.Surge it,bench him,and have Stormtalon use Tempest and Sparkle,Inferno.Bench them once the red ward is down,and put Stormtalon in Blue Murder’s old room and Surge it.This frees Windwalker.Now scare everyone away and ya win!Note:Use Lady Rose the same way you used Tricia in Unusual Suspects,only it’s a Trojan Gift this time!
Replays:You MUST free Windwalker on the first try or you lose him for good.It would be nice to have Cogjammer with Surge,and Electrospasm,Blue Murder,and Banzai will replace Windwalker on re-visits.
Full Mortal Jacket
Ghosts Trapped:Wisakejak
Ghosts to bring:Dragoon,Blair Wisp,Terroreyes,Wavemaster,Moonscream,Firetail, Hogwash,Scarecrow
Strategy:Talk to Wisakejak,then put Hogwash on the computer in the entrance room and use Surge.Leave him there,put Firetail on the hummer,Blair Wisp on the path in front of the memorial,and Scarecrow in the lot w/ Firetail’s hummer,and wait.After a few minutes,bind in Dragoon with max power band possible,and put Wavemaster on the puddle by the entrance to the building with max power band.The main reason Wavemaster’s here is because of it’s mighty Seeping Blood.Put Moonscream by Blair Wisp with Spooky Surprise.Once you have enough plasm,put Terroreyes on the gravesite with max power band.(Terror Incarnate helps here)Now just keep scaring and building plasm until everyone’s gone!In your free time,spare 300 plasm and Trojan Gift with Wisakejak,then put Firetail on the gift with Bonfire to free him.Put him behind Terroreyes as Intruige helps lure people over.
Replays:Teach Dragoon Psychotic Rage and Blair Wisp Delusion,because I got 4 insanes on this level with that setup.Just improve your ghosts,you’ll need to.Old Man Carter might work instead of Terroreyes with good enough powers,he’s one of my favorite ghosts to use on this level.
What Lies over the Cuckoo’s Nest?
Ghosts Trapped:Darkling(yay)
Ghosts to bring:Stormtalon,Weatherwitch,Daydreamer,Harriet,Static, Firetail,Hogwash,Moonscream
Strategy:We made it.The final level.Phew.First have Darkling use Psychotic Rage to drive the Prof. Mad.Put Firetail in Harriet’s old room on the T.V with max power band,Static in the lobby with anything,and Moonscream on either stairwell area with Spooky Surprise.Wait until ya got about 250 plasm,then bench everyone,put Weatherwitch and Stormtalon outside with Typhoon and Rain respectively.Lightning should strike the thingy on top of the hospital.When it does,bench them and make any of the following faint with Static’s Scared to Death:Anybody in green except Dr.Mark Kit Daniels,or an insane person.When they faint,bench Static and put Daydreamer on them and Sleepwalk them up to the first red ward.When there,put Daydreamer on Bruce Elm and Sleepwalk him out.Darkling is now freed.Now put Harriet somewhere where lots of people come if possible,and make a Gift there for the Darkling.(I think there’s a total of 2 murder fetters in this whole level)Now scare EVERYONE out,give em everything you’ve got!You will get an ending cutscene after the level finishes,and that’s it!P.S Do not teach Darkling new powers because he will never be able to use them.
Revisits:Same thing except the storm used to strike the building must free Daydreamer,as he is here in revisits.
CONGRATULATIONS!YOU’VE BEATEN EVERY LEVEL IN GHOST MASTER!NOW GO BACK AND GET 3 PUMPKINS ON ALL OF THEM!

Weird Séance

Ghosts to bring:Aether,Static,Shivers,Boo,Clatterclaws
Strategy:First,talk to Lucky if you want to use the Luckstorm way of freeing her(give a mortal good luck when they play pinball)if not,then don’t.Put Clatterclaws in the room with the stereo downstairs with all powers going.Bind Boo in the living room and do the obvious.Put Static on the mousetrap in the basement, and use Strange Vision.This instantly scares away all three of the guys down there, and gives you a nice Plasm boost.Now put Static on the moose head upstairs if you’re not doing the give-mortals-good-luck way to free Lucky and use Sparkstorm,which frees her.Now put Static on the traffic light in the entry room(with the basketball hoop in it)and put him on highest band possible.Now talk to Wendel and use his Laughter power to wake Ted up.Use Aether’s Shattering Song outside Terroreyes’ window to free him.Now put Lucky on the stereo with Clatterclaws,and have her use all her powers.Now(finally)put Shivers on the sofa in the living room and keep bringing his power band up until you have him with TK Storm.Now just keep scaring everyone away.Once Wendel is freed by getting rid of Ted Gable,bind him in the upstairs corridor that the stairs lead to with all powers on.Keep in mind that Static and Shivers are your main scarers here;)
Replays:Once again,same thing except with better trained haunters, but you can bring Ghastly if you want this time
Summoners Not Included
Trapped Ghosts:Raindancer,Whisperwind,Moonscream
Ghosts to bring:Stonewall,Aether,Boo,Static,Clatterclaws
Strategy:First bind Stonewall on the path leading out of the porta potty and use Tremor.Bench him and talk to Raindancer.Then put Aether with Shatter Song on the bike near Whisperwind to free him.Bench Aether and put WhisperWind by the cellar doors and use Tempest to blow the leaves off.Bench him,then put Boo in the cellar and use Kinesis to move the tome.Bench him,talk to Moonscream and wait.The mortals must find the cellar door,then find it’s key in Raindancer’s outhouse and unlock it.Once they’re downstairs a cutscene will commence in which the students attempt at summoning the Darkling.Then Prof.Kraus comes in spoiling for a fight.After the cutscene wait until all the students are gone or on the stairs,then put Static on the tape recorder doohickey and Clatterclaws anywhere downstairs.Use Moonscream’s Spooky Surprise so the Prof. will see her,so she is free.Now put Clatter and Static both with maximum power band on Kraus.If the students start coming downstairs,turn off all powers until they leave.Once Kraus if gone the students will come back and summon the Darkling.Don’t get too excited,he’s not fully released yet because 3 measly mortal souls aren’t enough to soothe his appetite.We will come back to him at the end of Act 2.
Note:there’s no way to persuade/lure the students to free Raindancer,so it’s the error of the script if she’s freed or not.

Deadfellas
Trapped Ghosts:Knuckles,Fingers,Wavemaster,Flash
Jordan
Ghosts to bring:Lucky,Boo(with Fool’s Errand),Weatherwitch(with Rain),Raindancer,Banzai,Buck(or Clatterclaws)
Strategy:Alright this is a long one so brace yourself.First put Boo way in the bottom of the ship with Wavemaster and use Leak if the woman isn’t gone,Rattle Chains if she is.When somebody is downstairs all the way use Leak and they will activate the pump,freeing Wavemaster.Now go put Lucky on the roulette table about 3 floors up from here and have her cast ONLY Luckstorm.Eventually Knuckles should be freed,the point is to make the guy who stands there all the time lose 3 times*.Wait until Bartholemew is in Flash Jordan’s room then put Banzai on the tree near her and use Quake to break her urn.If Don is in the room his belief will get a nice boost and Flash’ll be freed.Now find Jude Klous the cook and cast Fool’s Errand on him w/ Boo.When he runs to Fingers’ floor,put Boo in Fingers’ room and use Rattle Chains.This should attract the cook,who knows the tune Fingers wants.Wait until the long cutscene ends then bench Boo.Now it’s time to focus on the Don.Follow him everywhere with Weatherwitch[Rain],Buck/Clatter[anything],and Raindancer[Haunted Hail].Sorry but I can’t really offer any tips on doing this,just follow him around with everybody.
*I know this is not a very good motive to rely on,but it’s the best I got.

Ghosts to bring:{1 of each Earth,Water,and Air elemental},Boo,Fingers*,Static
Strategy:Talk to Tricia then go to the basement and bind your three elementals to the fetters in the circle to free Firetail,scare all witches present,and protect your ghosts from banishment.Now put Fingers on the rug on the first floor with all powers up to Dread.Then put Boo in Tricia’s bathroom with ONLY Rattle Chains to possibly attract Blair Welchel.She needs to get in that bathroom to free Tricia.Then,very quickly,put Firetail on Tony Tupolo’s headphones and set Tony on fire.Put Firetail back on the torch thing in the basement to maintain protection.The human torch-ed Tony will run everywhere,hopefully onto the patio with Hogwash.I don’t think there is a definitive way of getting him,just make Ethereal Gifts with Tricia and make Tony run,and maybe eventually you will get him.Sorry=(.After you have everyone except possibly Tricia,start scaring the witches with everything you’ve got.Power Fingers up to maximum but DO NOT use Unearthly Calm,as it will prevent the witches from fleeing if it hits them.Static is excellent on the TV or refrigerator,especially if you’ve trained him to have Terror Incarnate.So just give those nasty witches everything you’ve got!
*You can replace him with Hypnos if you have taught Static Scared to Death,because it’ll make ‘em faint,then you put Hypnos on with a Dreamthief-Dream Demon combo to scare them away.

The Unusual Suspects

Strategy:Put Stonewall on the little tree in the lobby to free Banzai,then put Hogwash/Cogjammer on the big switch in Electrospasm’s room with Surge/Wild and Crazy to free ol’ Spasmy.Now talk to Blue Murder and scare Officer Andrew Haid away completely.Now,scare the pants off everyone,but DO NOT scare Detective Norman Franz away,he is the bent cop Blue Murder wants.He has to go downstairs and steal some money then use Obsession with BM and he will come in her room.Use Terror Incarnate or Strange Vision when he is in her room to free her.Now put Tricia in the big mirror in the lobby,she can be useful.Put your gremlin on the computers upstairs with max power band.Now put Firetail on another computer in the same room,also with max power band.Now put Clatterclaws in the entry room and Buck in the place with the police car outside.Put Electrospasm on the car ASAP he is very useful here.You can put Banzai on one of the grassy areas, use Quake to open the prison doors and let those dudes out.Since this destroys all the computers in the lobby,put Cogjammer on the TV upstairs and Firetail on an Ethereal Gift Tricia has hopefully made upstairs.Now just scare everyone away!
Replays:Bring Terroreyes instead of Clatter with Terror Incarnate and Strange Vision and put him on a gift Tricia makes,he is VERY useful.

Ghosts Trapped:Hard Boiled
Ghosts to bring:Blue Murder,Buck,Moonscream,Cogjammer,Electrospasm,

Strategy:Find Carol-Anne and talk to Hard Boiled.Then,put Cogjammer on the microwave in the kitchen with everything.Next put Moonscream in the stairway area,we need her here to stop people from calling the Medium.Have her up to Dread for now.Put Buck in the room with the piano with max power band.Now wait until you have enough plasm,then put Electrospasm on the stereo with Buck and Blue Murder on the tea set.Have Electrospasm up to Spooky Surprise and Blue Murder up to Obsession.That is a VERY strong attraction power and we need it because once you get Knuckles in here,basically anybody who walks in will be scared out of their pants.After everyone except Carol-Anne is gone a Ghostbreaker will come and Hard Boiled is freed.Now scare Carol-Anne and the ghostbreaker away to win.
Replays:If you teach Ghastly Terrorize,you don’t need Knuckles you can get Ghastly instead(I only picked him because Terrorize is amazing)
Phantom of the Operating Room
Ghosts Trapped:Brigit,DayDreamer,Harriet{our first Trickster}
Ghosts to bring:Moonscream,Hard Boiled ,Firetail,Hypnos,Ghastly,Static(with Scared to Death)
Strategy:Put Hard Boiled on Kevin and use any of his powers as long as Kevin is immobilized in that room.
Put Firetail on the TV,and Ghastly on the patient bed at the far end of the room and start scaring everything that moves until you have 200 plasm.When you do,bench everyone and VERY QUICKLY put Static on the TV,set him to pick on Kevin,and use his Scared to Death.Then bench Static and put Hypnos on Kevin and use Dreamthief first,then Dream Demon.Bench him and wait for Kevin to wake up.When he does,put Firetail back on the TV and Human Torch Kevin to send him runnin.To free Harriet,Jimmy Dowd has to pick up the bunny toy,and he only does that if it’s in the same room.Since Kevin dropped it before he started fleeing,Harriet should be freed in mere moments.To free Daydreamer,use Moonscream’s Cacophony in the circular room right next to Daydreamer’s room.Now,for Brigit,you have to get Dr.Seth Greenwood to look at her via Strange Vision.This is HARD because Greenwood is practically immune to powers like Obsession,so the way that I go with is this,and do it on revisits so you don’t need to free Harriet:Use Blackout,because the Doctor is one of the people who will go into the basement to turn the power back on.Use Strange Vision when he comes out of the room with the switch and he should see her.You might also want to take Boo and use Rattle Chains,because he might go investigate that.Anyway,afterwards just put Firetail and Static in the lobby,Moonscream on the stairs,Ghastly on one of the beds upstairs,and Harriet outside with Ethereal Gift for Hypnos/Hard Boiled/Daydreamer.Keep in mind that powers such as Surge and Great Balls of Fire and good powers to use here,as they scare multiple mortals at once.
Replays:A whole lot easier because you don’t have to free the ghosts.See my above words for the first replay,others are basically the same.
The Blair Wisp Project
Ghosts Trapped:Sparkle,Blair Wisp,Darkling
Ghosts to bring:Arclight,Whisperwind,Weatherwitch,Banzai,Knuckles,Terroreyes,Blue Murder
Strategy:Talk to Blair Wisp,then put Whisperwind on the island and use Tempest to blow the fog away.Bench him and bring in Weatherwitch with Siren Song.When the people go into the water,then run out,bench Weatherwitch and use Blair Wisp’s Hypnotic Image.When they set foot on the island he will be freed.Now put Arclight on the corpse near Sparkle and use Bonfire to free her.Bench Arclight and put Knuckles and Terroreyes on the two traps and have them use Ice Breath,which freezes the lake.Put Blue Murder on the trap across the lake and use Obsession.While you wait for the people to cross the river,put Banzai way over near the huge dead tree and use Quake to knock it down.Bench him,then,when all 3 mortals have crossed the river bench Terroreyes and Knuckles to unfreeze it and bench Blue Murder as well.Now go way over to the cabin and use any and all attraction powers you have to lure over to the cabin.When they are on the tree you knocked over use Darkling’s Obsession,and sit back.The game will finish the level for you.

Spooky Hollow
Ghosts Trapped:Dragoon,Scarecrow,Black Crow,Stormtalon(SECRET)
Ghosts to bring:Wavemaster,(with Seeping Blood)Whisperwind,Weatherwitch,Blair Wisp,Flash Jordan,Hypnos,Blue Murder
Strategy:Put Whisperwind in front of the windmill and use Tempest.Then,go to the sleeping guy,put Hypnos on him,bench Whisperwind if necessary,and use Dreamthief,then when you have enough plasm(Dragoon runs around scaring people for you)use Dream Demon and bench him.You should have around 125 plasm now.Put Whisperwind back in with Tempest,but have Weatherwitch accompany him with Gusts,and finally,put Wavemaster in the lake and use Rain.Lightning should strike the dead tree,which frees Stormtalon.Bench Wavemaster and put Stormtalon next to Black Crow’s cabin with Tempest.The force of the double Tempest and Gusts should free Black Crow.Bench all of them,and put Blue Murder on the trap behind the windmill and use Obsession.Put Flash Jordan on the corpse by the bridge and have her possess the first adult that comes to the bridge from Obsession.Go way over to Scarecrow,put Wavemaster in the puddle and use Seeping Blood to free him.Bench Wavemaster and go back to Flash Jordan.When the possessed mortal looks in the windmill’s window,bench Blue Murder.The mortal will run back to the farm to inform everyone of the news.You will lose Possession here,so put her back on the corpse by the bridge and wait.That same mortal should come back to the windmill.Possess them again and wait.The game will play itself out for about a minute here,so just sit back.When the possessed mortal goes to bury the skull,lose possession.Now just use Dragoon,Flash,Stormtalon,Black Crow,Wavemaster,ANYBODY to scare away that guy who was in the windmill and you win!
Revisits:It may be easier to teach Weatherwitch Typhoon,but nothing else new.
Ghostbreakers
Ghosts trapped:Windwalker(SECRET)
Ghosts to bring:Hogwash,Stormtalon,Static,Sparkle,Clatterclaws, Scarecrow,Lady Rose,Terroreyes
Strategy:Put Hogwash on the van and use Blackout.Now put him in the office to the left of the lobby(with the ghostbreaker sitting down in it)and Surge in there.Bench Hogwash and go into what used to be the evidence room and put Static on the machine with Sparkstorm.Bench him,put Stormtalon up in the Blue Ward and Surge there also.Now wait for Hogwash’s and Stormtalon’s Surges to charge up while scaring people.Once charged,put Sparkle on the van,Stormtalon in the parking lot,and Hogwash on the fetter in the stairwell area downstairs.Surge it,bench him,and have Stormtalon use Tempest and Sparkle,Inferno.Bench them once the red ward is down,and put Stormtalon in Blue Murder’s old room and Surge it.This frees Windwalker.Now scare everyone away and ya win!Note:Use Lady Rose the same way you used Tricia in Unusual Suspects,only it’s a Trojan Gift this time!
Replays:You MUST free Windwalker on the first try or you lose him for good.It would be nice to have Cogjammer with Surge,and Electrospasm,Blue Murder,and Banzai will replace Windwalker on re-visits.
Full Mortal Jacket
Ghosts Trapped:Wisakejak
Ghosts to bring:Dragoon,Blair Wisp,Terroreyes,Wavemaster,Moonscream,Firetail, Hogwash,Scarecrow
Strategy:Talk to Wisakejak,then put Hogwash on the computer in the entrance room and use Surge.Leave him there,put Firetail on the hummer,Blair Wisp on the path in front of the memorial,and Scarecrow in the lot w/ Firetail’s hummer,and wait.After a few minutes,bind in Dragoon with max power band possible,and put Wavemaster on the puddle by the entrance to the building with max power band.The main reason Wavemaster’s here is because of it’s mighty Seeping Blood.Put Moonscream by Blair Wisp with Spooky Surprise.Once you have enough plasm,put Terroreyes on the gravesite with max power band.(Terror Incarnate helps here)Now just keep scaring and building plasm until everyone’s gone!In your free time,spare 300 plasm and Trojan Gift with Wisakejak,then put Firetail on the gift with Bonfire to free him.Put him behind Terroreyes as Intruige helps lure people over.
Replays:Teach Dragoon Psychotic Rage and Blair Wisp Delusion,because I got 4 insanes on this level with that setup.Just improve your ghosts,you’ll need to.Old Man Carter might work instead of Terroreyes with good enough powers,he’s one of my favorite ghosts to use on this level.
What Lies over the Cuckoo’s Nest?
Ghosts Trapped:Darkling(yay)
Ghosts to bring:Stormtalon,Weatherwitch,Daydreamer,Harriet,Static, Firetail,Hogwash,Moonscream
Strategy:We made it.The final level.Phew.First have Darkling use Psychotic Rage to drive the Prof. Mad.Put Firetail in Harriet’s old room on the T.V with max power band,Static in the lobby with anything,and Moonscream on either stairwell area with Spooky Surprise.Wait until ya got about 250 plasm,then bench everyone,put Weatherwitch and Stormtalon outside with Typhoon and Rain respectively.Lightning should strike the thingy on top of the hospital.When it does,bench them and make any of the following faint with Static’s Scared to Death:Anybody in green except Dr.Mark Kit Daniels,or an insane person.When they faint,bench Static and put Daydreamer on them and Sleepwalk them up to the first red ward.When there,put Daydreamer on Bruce Elm and Sleepwalk him out.Darkling is now freed.Now put Harriet somewhere where lots of people come if possible,and make a Gift there for the Darkling.(I think there’s a total of 2 murder fetters in this whole level)Now scare EVERYONE out,give em everything you’ve got!You will get an ending cutscene after the level finishes,and that’s it!P.S Do not teach Darkling new powers because he will never be able to use them.
Revisits:Same thing except the storm used to strike the building must free Daydreamer,as he is here in revisits.
CONGRATULATIONS!YOU’VE BEATEN EVERY LEVEL IN GHOST MASTER!NOW GO BACK AND GET 3 PUMPKINS ON ALL OF THEM!
