8-)Hi I like this game, bt I must do a level, where I need Stromtalon.
Can me someone say Where is Stromtalon and how can I free him?

Storm talon is in Spooky Hallow, and can be unlocked by creating a superstorm. You can combine Typhoon with rain,
Tempest, gusts, and rain
Or use Gather winds, with either Tempest, or gusts, together with rain. This one will take a little longer.
