I need help in the level: The Ghost in the Operating Room
I can't free the ghost in the cellar.
Please, can anyone help me?!

Right.
Birgit (the banshee in the cellar) will only be freed by taking revenge on an unfaithful man.
As you may have noticed, one doctor (IIRC he's called dr Green) is a compulsive womaniser. Whenever he's alone with a nurse, they'll make out. This makes him a prime example of an unfaithful guy and so he's the one you need to get to the basement. Unfortunatly he never goes there out of his own free will.
The best way to get him there is to scare of every nurse and female doctor except the mortician (the woman in the basement). The mortician is a bit crazy, so dr. Green will only go to her if he can't find any other girls (other than patients I think).
It's hard not to scare off Green as well when you're haunting the hospital, so you might want to posses him or put him to sleep and sleepwalk him to keep him safe.
As soon as dr. Green enters the morgue, try to get him closer to Birgit with insane invitation and then scare him with any of Birgit's scare powers. She's not an easy ghost to free, so it may take you a while to get this one.
