i managed to spin windmill and used obssesion but nohead horse man(?) still appear....what should i do?

I think you need to use enough windpower, otherwise he might have enough time to call upon the ghost.

Or use a sleep ghost and attach to the sleeping tramp near the bridge. Then you can sleepwalk people to windmill and they don't get scared. Knuckles, blackcrow and others with possess power will also attach to trap near bridge to possess people - but make sure they don't use other powers while attached to people.

Stormtalon is the hidden ghost in the tree in the middle of the lake. it has tempest n typhoon, good power to keep the windmill spinning. refer to micko1888 thread in page 2 to know how to get him. i got him by luck when i anyhow cast power to free the indian ghost.
u must get someone to the winmill to see thru the window, but the horseman will appear to scare off the person who see the black shirt dude in the windmill. u must prevent the person from fleeing. like what the rest have said use possession as it last the longest. ;D
