Use the mirror lady or harriet to vreate a gift (ideally trojan if you can). Bind an electric and sleeper ghose to the gift (this is why I advised trojan so you can multiple bind). Get one of teh orderlies or a nurse in green to pick it up. Use obsession from darkling. Once the ghost are in the ward bind them to anything electric and the sleeping man in teh cell respectively. Use mania or psychic storm from teh darkling on the prof so he counts as insane at teh end of the level. use wild & crazy, sparkstorm or surge with the electric ghost to open the cells. All inmates flee leaving sleeping bloke trapping darkling. Use sleepwalk and sleeping bloke will leave his cell. Darkling will be freed. Have fun terrorising and destroying the sanity of eth remaining people in teh hospital to complete the level.

oops - i think it was casper i was just talking to on icq... slight edit to the above needs to be made... When I wrote about being under the red ward i meant 'in' the red ward... I was considering teh red thing to be like a ceiling so I actually meant under teh red ceiling... sorry for any confusion  |

Thx to Jimbob for his help on this level. Just to clarify a bit, you can bind to the sleeping guy and to the computers in the middle room as soon as your ghost icons turn blue ie. as soon as your in the red ward.
Silly me - i was doing things on the floor below ;D
Anyway, off to try and find the extras people have mentioned.

So basically, when a ghost is inside a ward, it is possible to rebind it to another fetter that is also inside the same ward?

Yes that's right... but you can't bind it to something outside of that ward or bench it either.
