You managed to load a level into a 3d editor?

Nice work man.
How did you do it? Because i just pirated 3ds MAX after seeing you do this and as i expected it can't load .bsp files.
Unless i'm doing something wrong.

How would I go about exporting a 3D model, and do they come out with bones intact or will I have to re-bone them.

I didn't published it yet. Models are saved now as raw obj files with mtl materials. I just do this for test. In final version I write special script for Maya3D which allow you to import bsp file into the editor. Sooner or later, with everything, even with animations

Probably more to it than batch importing all the .obj files, still pretty nice. Obviously missing textures as well.
