Ok, so I've managed to release the photographer ghost and the guy with the Tommy gun but for the live of me I can't release the other two.

I know someone has saidyou have to get a crew member to go down to restart the bilge pump to release one, and get the chef to sit down at the piano to release the other.

What I have real problems is manipulating the victims to go where I want. I've tried shorting out all the radios, flooding bathrooms and goodness knows what to interupt their usual routine as well as the obvious "scare the pants off 'em" tactic to chase them where I want and it doesn't seem to work.
Any senior Ghostmasters got good tips for herding mortals?

To free the ghost in the boller room get it to use its flood spell when a member of the staff is down there, and the piano player is released when the whistling chef walks in the room! Hope this helps

To free the piano guy, but boo in the piano room and get him to rattle his chains. Various people will go in to the room to investigate. When one of these people whistles the tune that the piano guy wanted to remember, he'll be set free. Easy as that

i no how to do the piona guy the starnge fairy and the tommy gun guy :(but how do u get flash jordan i havnt had a explaination for her which was good enough for me to understand

I think most of the answers are in the thread "Boat Mission ' Goodfellas '".
Anyway, the lure skills have different effectiveness depending on their level. The lower level ones need the mortals to be closer so its usually a matter of timing the lure to go off when they're closest. A good way to lure someone down the stairs into the pump area is to use strange behaviour on the switch when someone walks past. They'll usually go down to investigate. When one walks down the stairs, use flood and they should activate the pump.
You might also want to do this on people whose terror bars are empty or low because those who are already scared tend to run back up instead of activating the pumps when you hit them with flood.
