Thanks for the email and it is great that over 1000 people have signed this petition.
Unfortunately it is not as easy as this, as we have to plan each release based on it's commercial feasibility. The cost of developing a sequel title which will do justice to the original is quite high.
If you manage to get 3000 people to sign and they are all willing to put GBP £1,000.00 down, then this would make sense to develop.
As you can see, the investment needed for each title is substantial. If we were to develop and release this sequel, we would need to sell 200,000 units before this would be deemed a success.
The nature of the Entertainment Industry has changed over the last 10 years, with the emphasis being more on the commercial realities of each project, rather than it only being about the experience of playing the game, which of course still remains, but the commercial decision always has to be approved in the first instance.
We are delighted you have taken such a high interest in this title and the potential sequel.

Well, that was a little disappointing but certainly not unexpected! No Ghost Master 2... But what about the game source and editor? If they don't have any interest in the game anymore they surely can release those! Or not?
I am astounded to see that someone from Empire deigned to respond to the petitioners. Then again I am *not* astounded by such, given how cool a company Empire has proven itself to be - the folks at Empire to be precise.
Note that Empire sounds/is interested in doing a sequel to the property according to that statement, they simply know that the background work - the fiscal groundwork - has to be laid first. Hopefully things will align such that gears begin to turn further.
Hi everybody! One question: do you think, that after 7 months Empire Interactive's attitude is still current? I'm asking becouse maybe I'll could ask some of my friends to sign it, but I have to know, if it's still working. So?
