Kind of a noob to the forum but I'm a huge fan of the game and I just wanted to say how much I appreciate all your hard work. This mod is so fantastic. <3

Wow, Woitek, amazing work you've done here. I stumbled upon your mod a couple of weeks ago and have finally had a chance to try it. I've been able to run the game with all of the mods through the CompleteEditionLauncher.exe, but I can't retain my settings or mods by exiting out of the launcher and running the game through CompleteEdition.exe. I have to run my game through the launcher every time if I want everything to work correctly. Another problem I'm having is that I get major frame-rate crashes on many levels when running your mod. I've been messing with my video settings for over an hour but the only thing I can think of is that the launcher isn't applying my compatibility settings (currently set to Windows XP for all applications in the ghost data folder). If I skip the launcher and run my game through the CompleteEdition.exe I don't have any frame-rate issues but then the mods don't load! Hopefully someone can provide some answers. Edit: I just did a test while writing this and the AllGhost mod doesn't seem to be working despite being selected in the launcher. I can't take my freed ghosts back to previous missions. Wait, do I actually need to install this separately? I'm confused.
Also, there are several minor bugs that I can think of off the top of my head that still exist in the game. I've no idea how hard they'd be to fix (assuming they're even fixable with available tools) but I'll list them here: - The "roam" command still has bugs for most ghosts. They seem to get stuck when trying to switch fetters or areas. - Stairs still remain a constant struggle. Mortals seem to get stuck on the edges of certain stairwells then "teleport" to the location they are trying to reach. The stairwell in unusual suspects is notorious for this. - Stairs also seem to provide immunity from a wide range of powers. Some of this might be intentional on the developers part but it can be extremely irritating. - Very minor texture bug on Ghastly's chin. Easily viewable from the ghoul room. - Mortals seem to gain immunity to a wide range of powers in certain animation states. This is especially true with running mortals which seem to become immune to powers like: twister, scared to death, frozen stiff, paralyze etc... Basically most things that hold them in place.
Finally, I love what you did by adding the ability to retrain ghosts, but I think it would be better to just have the retraining cost nothing. That way you could custom tailor your ghosts before certain missions. With the scarcity of gold plasm in the game I don't see myself ever retraining even if it only costs half.
Thanks again for all your work!

It's an issue with the current version of the launcher. you can't retain custom settings. It will be fixed in the next update, about framerate, the issue can be that you run more than one mod at the time, there are 4 if good remember, and you have to uncheck the other ones, or just move the folders from the mod folder, so they no more appear in selection menu, you can always off launcher after the game is runned.
Thank you for report these bugs, but most of them are already known for us.
We can fix stairs by fixing WaypointMap for the scenarios, I not see other solution, because teleport it's intentional thing added by sick puppies, so you can complete scenario, if something went wrong. Ghastly's chin it's a problem with the skeleton itself, half of the face is not properly weight, it's because original ghastly model was a single mesh, and his upper body was swapped during the animation, and animator not properly prepared model.

That way you could custom tailor your ghosts before certain missions. With the scarcity of gold plasm in the game I don't see myself ever retraining even if it only costs half. That's why I created this launcher, so you are able to enable/disable some parts of it like you want .

Thanks for the replies.
I still haven't been able to get the AllGhost mod to work despite having it activated in the launcher. The Rejected Ghost mod , Bug Fixes, and Extras all seem to work fine. Sadly it's still almost unplayable because of the frame rate issues. I have doubts that the mods themselves are causing the frame rate problem. I'm convinced that the launcher isn't running the game in compatibility mode, which is causing an issue with DirectX. I could be wrong though. If someone could confirm any of these issues I'd be grateful.

They might, but you can change these settings for the launcher. I'm using windows 10 with the administrator privilege only, and everything seems to work fine. You can always try to run it using Cheat Engine but it's a bit tricky. All the scripts are written in the CE language, so you can put them in the cheat engine as separated scripts and then run them.

Well, I fixed my frame rate issue, had to meddle with my graphics card settings but I finally smoothed it out. No need to run in compatibility mode. I did some testing and I was able to get the AllGhost mod to work through your launcher. I can take any unlocked ghost to any level. The only problem is that the AllGhost mod doesn't seem to work alongside the Rejected Ghost mod. I have to deselect the Rejected Ghost mod from the launcher if I want the AllGhost mod to work. I can't have both. Anyways, I look forward to your next update Woitek.

There should be a version of complete edition with allghost mod included, you can always change these parameters yourself in XML Editor included with the mod. All you have to do is to open XML file, then click on HaunterData and on selected haunter change property of time gate stage to 0. This is the exact thing what AllGhostMod does. After you do that, Run Ghost Master Data Converter and press Generate, select XML file what you modified, and then the program should generate you a folder with your mod.
