So I always wondered as a kid if there was anything in the top part of Poultrygeists attic near Static turns out if you spawn a ghost with a outside fetter you can spawn him sort of in there and look around it looks like theres a few small bits of texture in there I wonder if we could rebuld the playable area and retexture it? I feel like we could pull it off with the tools we have or we can very soon. Also if you look at the pictures I included which I think are from the beta you can see the attic in full and some sketches of it looks like you would use a ladder by where the exit to static is so the 2nd attic would have led to static instead. No problem! It appears as though the house was going to have a large outdoor area enclosing it. I can't find the pre-production art right now but they even made a 3D model of the map. I am still impressed by the amount of detail in the full Blair Witch cabin level.
Thats a pretty huge level and already has the main cabin from the earlier mission even Spooky Hollow has a basement in the house thats pretty much empty
Oh yes, I recall the Spooky Hollow video. It's kind of interesting because basically there is this entire basement level of a house that is actually occupied by the mortals. I always figured they just kind of "disappear" when they go inside. As it turns out there are chairs around the basement of the house. The mortals go inside, down the stairs and sit on the chairs in the basement for a while. Then they come back up from time to time. It's pretty funny. And amazing to think the game is basically using this memory and storage for something you never get to see or interact with.
