Well, I fixed Wail Animation glitch in this game, for some reason they check wrong power state for clearing animation, also I bring back proper (original wail animation) when you active power.

There is nothing wrong with the AI. The whole point is to take full control of the otherwise fully unpredictable behavior of the mortals. If your strategy relies on a lot of luck to succeed then you are just not using a good strategy.
I should have a list of bugs soon. I did not have much time to test everything out.

You don't have to wait for anything. There are multiple foolproof ways for all of those stages to do them. You just never figured it out how to do them and that is not the game's fault. You gotta be a little bit more creative then use one power and hope for the best. But this not the thread to talk about game strategies.

Here is a list of powers that have some sort of a problem. I am sure of these and can give some explanation for them too. There are some stuff I am suspicious of having problems like the efficiency of phobia given fears but I want to be sure before I start pointing fingers at something that it is faulty.
Seeping blood - When used outside the ghost NEVER stops using it, you have to manually force to ghost to stop using the power. The easiest way to see it is with Wavemaster.
Dominate, Numb, Arboreal Prison, Icy Touch, Trap, Paralyse, Frozen Stiff!, Swallow, Twister, Danse Macabre, Buried Alive - This has always been the biggest and most well known issue. None of those powers work on a mortal while they are running. As you may notice all of those powers force a mortal in some form of a special trapped state and when a mortal is running they just completely ignore it. It is actually similar to how almost nothing works on mortals while they are using the stairs except that was probably done of purpose to avoid the mortals accidentally glitch out on the stairs and end up trapped there. There are also other states when these powers also don't work for example if a mortal is playing a piano but I think those make sense.
Wild & Crazy - Let me point out the elephant in the room last. I don't think this power is bugged it is more accurate to say it is just completely broken since you maybe have noticed but it does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Well yes it can cause damage to machines but it has zero effect on mortals. Oh and don't even try to say that move is specifically just to break machines because guess what Sparkstorm which is a level 6 power which means one level lower then Wild & Crazy does equal amount of damage to machines plus does medium terror to mortals AND puts them on edge. It would make no sense for a level 7 move to be not just that much worse but also do nothing at all. According to the official strategy guide it is supposed to cause medium belief and light terror to mortals so yeah it should be fixed so it can do exactly just that.
So that is what I got for now, hope you find these info useful.

Yeah, Wild & Crazy seems to be broken, I think the problem with Dominate, Numb, Arboreal Prison, Icy Touch, Trap, Paralyse, Frozen Stiff!, Swallow, Twister, Danse Macabre and Buried Alive can be different. I think the problem is in game zone check. So if mortal, escape zone where power was cast, then power is canceled. I can try to deal with if if necessenary. I'm not sure how with Seeping Blood, I need to check how it look in this power class. About Phobia, Phobia is hardcoded for every ghost who use them, if ghost is not hardcoded in this class, then by default game random phobia from all existing, thats why you can get somethimes Cold phobia with Soulscreech, but phobia multiplier work, there can be some incomprehensible things like powers not have attached phobia type to fear function, but I can fix it easily. Is there anything more what I can try fix?

So looked a bit more into it and I think I can explain what I meant regarding phobia. So certain specific powers like a lot of noise powers can have an effect on a mortal if they have the appropriate fear. So what I noticed is for example if I use Laughter on a mortal who has noise fear naturally they get an increase in insanity however if I give the fear with Brigit to a mortal and use laughter on that mortal the power has no effect. It kinda sucks since both noise and unclean powers heavily rely on this.
