There should be powers which allow a ghost master to digitally scare and interact with the mortal world. Since this is the world we live in now vs 2003. It would be cool if you could hijack someone's cellphone and make them come to a location. Or show scary images to fighten people. Like with black out turning off lights, one Power might show scary stuff to everybody on their phone or tv. Just an idea. Also making it harder to scare because people are distracted by their phones.
