Was playing/recording Deadfellas for a video today and Soul Screech kept using her madness powers (Delusion Psychotic Rage and Mania) and no matter how many times I hit Don his madness meter never moved a inch, I guess they made him immune to it since you dont have many madness powers that early.

Insanity powers are percentage based - they add insanity equal to current * power_strength (1 for psychotic rage for example) and since Don starts with 0 insanity, it's always 0 * something so it's impossible to make him go mad.
All kids in game are also immune to insanity for same reasons.
I've tried to fix it in the past, but it's kinda tricky (I know how to do it but need to find some useless code to remove, to make space for insanity code).

It was cheaper and faster to lock Don's insane level than record voice and script for failure screen. Kids are locked because of censorship, They're immortal in many games. Well, who would buy a product for children where you can drive kid insane?
