Building a new pc and using ghost master to test it

Recently picked up a $10 HP Comapq DC5800 at my thrift store.. Installed Windows XP Professional 64 bit and its running ghost master better then my laptop how weird! im excited to see how this goes I will post videos of this new PC.. still plan to upgrade stuff though

80GB Hard drive
3GB Ram
Pentium Dual Core E2180 2GHz
GT 520  (upgrading to a GTX 650Ti)
so far im having issues with the network card :/ but it runs ghost master max settings 1080p wonderfuly

It's weird cause I'm on a GTX 1070, intel i5 7600k OC, 16gb ddr4 ram and pretty good ssd's and this game stutters for me. Maybe an OS related issue.

I have gtx 1070. i5 4460 oc, 8gb ddr3 and i still have lag on deadfellas mission :/

Probably just some poor optimisation in some areas.

The whole game needs a optimization mod.. Ghost Master's system requirements arent demanding even for their time
