That's pretty amazing, good job! Think it would be possible to recolor a ghost's eyes, for example?
Also, any ideas as to why the game's .bps files can't be opened by Maya/Blender/etc?

You can't import bsp to maya, because maya project was modified by plugin to bsp format. Need decode all data, read Maya, softimage script documentation, compare values, and try write script for load bsp. Texture format it's simple 16 bits(RGBA) for one pixel. calculated from formula width*height. first 16 bytes are ignored.

Right now you can replace and delete textures. When I decode models, it should be possible to replace non bone models, like Blair Wisp to any other, with MeshColor. For example Banzai not have any textures. It's simple colored mesh.

I wrote it from 0 o.O. No, for this need check OpenGL functions in exe. I wrote documentation on forum. Maybe I make special topic for that. But I found models, need only try draw vectors.

You can even add them, But I still don't know how they are linked to models.
