I've just got hold of ghost master, I used to play years ago, but my laptop doesn't seem to like it. Everytime I start the game the menus and videos run fine yet there is loads of black lines everywhere. The best way to describe it is like a grid?? :S Anyway once I'm in the game playing the grids disappear and it all looks normal but it runs insanely slow. Ive tried to the best of my knowledge to get it working, but im a bit of a noob at this sort of thing. HEEELLLLPPP!! plz

Apologies for the late reply. I've had a rather busy weekend. I think the problem is your graphics card. With only 256 MB at its disposal, it's too light to run Ghost Master. Upgrading to 1 or 2 GB is advised. If possible, of course. You could go to a local computer hardware store for more information.

Its ok man don't worry, and really? I know my graphics card isn't the best but it runs Oblivion and the new XCOM game just fine, aswell as classics such as Fallout 2, Startopia and Chaos League. Still Think it could be my graphics card? I don't mean to question your advice, I just want to make sure.

I understand completely. That's why I suggest you to go to a local computer store for more (specific) information. I know Ghost Master is a picky game when it comes to graphics cards and to me your card looks insufficient, but it's far better to let someone "hands-on" inspect your laptop and tell you if it really is your graphics card. A new card without the problem being solved... that's an expensive test!
