The main way to achieve this level in no time flat.
Okay, first off, get the cheapest ghost that can use strange vision (I always use Gastley, but that power I bought that power.) and enter the game with a ghost that can use TK Storm, preferably Shivers.
The IMMEDIATE second that the level starts, equip Gastley and hurry to the basement where the 3 men are preforming a seance. On the floor, there will be a mouse trap. Bind Gastly there and use strange vision. This should instantly scare way the summoners and give you a good amount of plasma. Now hurry to the entryway where the girls arriving at the party are about to walk in and bind shivers at the basketball goal. Wait until the most of the girls can at least see the inside of the hallway and then use TK storm.
Voila! Just about every girl has left the party in on move and you have a lot of plasma to work with at the very beginning. With this trick, I have achieved a time, with all ghosts rescued, in 4:02.
