Lol that's not paranormal. In England there is a different kind of movement on streets. Somebody from another country or someone english could have bought a car from another country or drive i in. Or he just changed car regastration. I know cause I came to England in 2007 and I still live here.

talk about freaky message. ghosts are common in norway though and a tv program have been made about it. åndenes makt.(difficult to translate though.)
