These are tasks that you don't have to do, but they would help the game.
1# Locked door situation: some mortals lock their doors at night problem: if they are scared too much they can't open the doors Solution: lure out someone and don't let him go in!

Do you mean, so you make up situations, and very solve them?
2# Key Code Situation: Access to some areas are sealed by Key Codes only the security know. Problem: If for instance, a ghost is trapped inside the room that only a mortal can free, then they would be restricted. Solution: Possess the security, or destroy the foundation with a jet of wind.

3# Blind Lure
Situation: Some mortals holding important roles get blinded and are using their sense of Hearing to get home.
Problem: They cannot forsee danger, so you'd have to help them by knocking down trees, causing other noises etc.
Solution: Lots, Earthquake knocks down trees, Shattering Song directs them to the noise, wind knocks down buildings.

Situation: There is a person in the haunt that is very important , because it can order other mortals around (and so is the only person that can initiate certain actions.)
Solution: clone or shapeshifter. Finally there would be a good use for clone.
