Directed to Nemesis...

I've got a problem. I was trying to re-hack Smokin' Joe, SoulScreech and Azrael back into my game(again) and it worked fine, no crashes in the Ghoul Room(which made me happy)...but when I went down a floor and looked at the swapees(Carter, Moonscream and Fingers)something weird happened. They looked the same as before, but they had the animations of who I [tried] to swap them with... Carter was sitting on air holding something(the steering wheel of Azrael's bike I'm guessing) and Fingers was doing Joe's 'with-the-bat' animations...Moonscream looked the same, but SoulScreech doesn't really do anything different then she does(they both just float there)...I did everything the same as before, so I don't know how to fix this...

Anyway, did you also swap the model files, pyrofreak, or did you just HEX-edit the animations? It's been a while since I've done this, but if I remember correctly the model files (.bsp, see C:\Program Files\Empire Interactive\GhostMaster\GhostData\characters\GHOSTS) should be swapped as well.
