OK, this is a brief walkthrough for this level. I don't have the names of the characters, i'll add them later when I get a chance. Read my thread on tactics to learnm how to heard, scare and milk as I won't be repeating those here.
Obviously SPOILERS!
(Do not scare away anyone till i tell you, every one is needed to complete the level)
Task 1: Get the Priest to bless the grave.
OK, the priest is a nice guy, so i am sure he would bless it if you could remind him to. So, brainwave is the key. Milk some plasm out of the soldier boys, use a weak scare power on the priest, let him counter attack (move your ghost out of the way) and when he is weak hit him with brainwave (ideally, try to have some more soldiers in the room as well). Once he is brainwaved, lure him to the room with the arrow (he needs to look at that picture). Once this is done, he will go to the grave.

There is an easier way of do this Task, just lure the priest to the grave and he will automatically bless it, no need for brainwave. An easy way to do this You can use 'swap places' power on him when e is weak.
Task 2: Collect evidence.
More brainwave action! 3 of the soldiers (not the colonel) have to be brainwaved to make them think about the evidence. (will find the names of the soldiers you need later). For now, just milk a load of plasm and herd the soldiers together, then brainwave the lot.

The soldiers you need to brainwave are Williams, Ermey and Pierce.
The evidence is in the form of 3 envelopes.
Once you have brainwaved a soldier, lure them to the right envelope. It can be hard to lure the one to the blue envelope, so you might want to use the swap places power. Once they have the envelope, they will automatically take it to the colonels desk.
Task 3: Get the colonel to his office.
Easy.
Task 4: Get all the soldiers to the briefing room.
Again, easy because once they are in there, they automatically stay put ,and you attract powers don't work on the priest.
Task 5: scare the priest away.
leave the soldiers alone, and scare the priest away. Use standard tactics, let him block and counter you weak scare power, then hit him with faint to lower his resistance. Repeat til he has no resiatnce, then chase him about letting him block your weak scare and hitting him with the strong one when he is vulnerable.
Task 6: lead the private to the grave.
Easy, just put your ghost with swap places at the grave and use use swap places on him. (You have to milk a little plasm out of the soldiers first.)
Task 7: Get the colonel to meet the private.
Easy, just use attract powers (for extra speed you can try to have the colonel at the grave when you bring the private there.)
