I installed Ghost Master and as I was playing it the screen was blinking rapidly , making it hard to see. Then later on the game kinda turned off and it said something about a system error or that my video card failed to work. I'm pretty sure it's a ATI Radeon type but I'm not complety sure what one (It's new so it should be up to date.). What's the deal?

Well, let's find out some more!
- Click Start -> Run. - Enter "dxdiag" (without quotes) and click OK. - The DirectX Diagnostics Tool will launch. - Go to the tab Display and note down everything you find under Device and Drivers. - Post it here.

Okay, that's definitely not a Radeon type card. Hmmm... Your card drivers are reasonably up-to-date, so my guess is that your video card might well be incompatible with Ghost Master. What does the error message say exactly?

The thing is I really don't want to tempt it. When I tried to play the game it made the error and the entire computer shut down and took about 30 minutes to boot back up.

Not really. It seems your VIA/S3G card is one of the video cards that doesn't work with Ghost Master...
