Additional question to your first post: did you also switch your display back to 16 bit colour depth? I know this is getting rather tedious, but I really, really want to solve this one!

All right, it's been a week since the last update and frankly I'm still at a loss! I'm not giving up, though. Unfortunately I have to do a list (*gasp*) of other things first so... please be patient!

ok...i joied here only because i have the same porblem....and i have to say that the computers are not the problem..its the game....or it could be that i have windows SP3 and when i played it i had xp

heres a story that myght help-i remember of a game that was made for windows 98 and it was a cool game it was slave zero but i couldnt play on the xp version-so a guy made a pacth ofr it to work on the xp verion...maybe this game was amde for xp profesiional and it needs a pacth ofr sp2 or sp3
