Lan, Modem USB, Video. Lol I don't know which one to click on, Lol. When do i click on them all, the little things having confusing names. Lol. and I dont think I have a windows disk. Lolz. Oh well. As to clear things up. Audio chipset, Im not exactly sure, I think its your audio drivers. Lan stands for Local Area Network, it connects 2 or more computer together in a network so they can transfer files, etc. Modem USB? Video, is your video/graphic card drivers. Try 'video' and go from there.

Nope, XP. I already asked two pages back. Okay, this seems a dead end. Let's try something else! - First go here and download (yes, there we go again) the program called "CATALYST Uninstaller" (cat-uninstaller.exe). - Done that? Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Software (or Add/Remove, as it is sometimes called). - Scroll down until you see the entry "ATI Display Driver". - Remove it. - Restart your computer, but repeatedly hit F8 before the Windows startup screen appears. Note: F8 is the most common key. However, it can also be another key in some cases, like F10. - A menu will appear. Select "Safe Mode". - Wait for things to start up. - Now run the CATALYST Uninstaller. Follow the prompts until you have to restart your computer. - Install the new video drivers. Here's hoping it works this time!

Is there anything that has to do with 'video' or 'display'?

Hi lol i tried your method and changed it to safe mode and ran catalyst uninstaller i did this and restarted the computer and now i think i have broke the computer lol and only i could do this lol and my mum is home at 9pm and i would like to fix the computer by then , the screen has gone all fuzzy and you can barely see things and when you go and change the display as the colour is on the lowest 4bit it says the currently selected graphics driver cannot be used it was written 4 an older version of windows lol ! and then it takes you onto the display and there is only one option for the colour loewst 4 bit ! lol , so will you please help me get my computer back to normal before 9pm lol ! thanks Amie
