First of all a big sorry for forgetting this topic altogether! Here's the procedure for unlocking the All Users' Shared Documents (copied from Acrobat site): Solution 3: Use the CACLS command to assign full administrator access to the All Users folder. (Windows XP Professional and Home Edition, and 2000) Use the CACLS command in a DOS window to manually assign full Administrator access to the Documents and Settings\All Users folder. Full administrator access allows the installer to create the files that Acrobat will need. To use the CACLS command to manually assign access: 1. Log in as an administrator. If you don't have administrator rights, contact your system administrator for assistance. 2. Choose Start > Run, and then type cmd in the Open box. Click OK. 3. Type the following commands; include quotation marks and press Return at the end of each line (also make sure to enter spaces between /T, /E, /C and /G in the third line): c: cacls "c:\Documents and Settings\All Users" /T /E /C /G administrators:F exit Important: Enter spaces between /T , /E , /C , and /G in the third line. Hope it works!

7 must be my lucky number!
My main user account is the system administrator, and couldn't get it to work on this account - so I made a new one that was a admin, and couldn't get it to work on that account either. Came back to my main account, tried it three more time, and finally, on the third one, instead of spewing out the CACLS commands, it actually did it - now the game frigging works!
Thank you!
