when i start the game i can hear the sound but the display is just black.........
can somebody help me there?

It'd help immensely if you posted system details, such as:
Operating System
Graphics Card
CPU etc are not too important in this situation, the OS and graphics card are essential.

I´ve already tried that one but it didnt worked i could not even install it.....there was an error with "display driver" like that...............
is there another driver that could work?
if yes could someone give me the address again..thx

Yes, i have experienced the same problem with my Aldi Computer - i think you've got the same system as i have.
Unfortunately - according to c't - our graphics card is not
a true 9600 but an enhanced 95oo.
Also tried I to install the latest ATI-Drivers for Radeons,
with the same effect.
So either it is a WinXP problem - what i do not think - or
a problem of the 9600tx card - which i guess.
Hints and Solutions are welcomed....

you just need to download a new driver.....but the "catalyst" driver dont work............... but there are so called "omega" driver that work pretty fine.... you can download them here www.computerbase.de/download.php?id=561worked fine for me |

Those drivers supplied with the Aldi machines seem to be causing other people trouble too (see here.) You might have luck using the Driver Cleaner but follow the instructions carefully before use. |
