Is your video hardware supported?
Are your SiS drivers current?

My vid-drivers are current and I only know, that the SIS315 isn´t supported. I can´t find anything that the SIS 630/730 isn´t supported?!?

Your error message is a hardware exception, so it could well be your SiS chipset.
Do you have a driver control panel for your video? Are there any selectable options in it? You should enable compressed texture support and perhaps Transform & Lighting.
If not, then I recommend that you download 3DAnalyze and enable your features there.

Are you both handling your own virtual memory or letting Windows handle it?

Hmm.
Well, the SiS630 will never work as it is a DirectX6 chipset and the game needs DirectX8. Sorry.
The GeForce2MX will certainly work. The intro videos are playing but the game crashes upon loading the game menu (which uses DirectDraw), so I would check your Detonator DirectX settings and experiment with those.
Also ensure that your drivers are the 44.XX series not the 43.XX ones which won't work very well!

For those who have non-DX8 compliant cards, they can try using this utility to at least play Ghost Master: www.tommti-systems.de/go.html?http://www.tommti-systems.de/main-Dateien/files.htmlThe utility is called 3D analyse and is simple to use. Simply download it, install it and double click on it to open. Then under the Dll path and EXE path point it to the Ghost Master folder. Then under Hardware limits try ticking the top 3, now try running the game using the run command in 3D Analyse. Don't worry btw - this can not damage your system, your install of Ghostmaster etc - no guarantees this will work either, but it is worth a try.
