I think I must have been using a Tremor as well as Haunted Hail - sorry about that.
Wavemaster needs someone to use Flood whilst a mortal is in the same room - then some piece of machinery gets turned on or off and Wavemaster is free.

I broke the urn by fettering the water ghost in the room and getting her to cast hailstones.

I would think the pianist's ghost is the harder of the lot to free. I got him by sheer luck.

trick to piano guy is this get some ectoplasm up and use a powerful scare in the kitchen to really scare the whistling chef he will go mental and run around about 70% of the ship and a very good chance that involves the room with the piano. If that helps anybody else with that problem.

There's another thread with this info around here, but in case someone looks for the answers here:
1. To get wavemaster, bind someone who can short out the circuit to the master switch in the ship's hold (lowest level) - do this once you know you have enough plasm to use Raindancer's Flood power and bind her in the same room Wavemaster is trapped in.
Once you have the plasm, set Rain for flood (but don't bind her in yet), bind and set your electric spirit to blast the fuse box (blackout works for sure, think blow fuse, wild and crazy, and maybe even surge or others will work here - you just need to goof up the power enough for someone to come investigate, since it's dificult to lure people down here with rattle chains or leak etc) - once someone comes down by whatever means you use, immediately bind Raindancer and let her flood the hold. When the mortal sees it, it'll scare them some, but so long as they're not close to panic yet, they'll go and turn on the pump and free Wavemaster.
Note - (Use Buck and Clatterclaws for tons of fast plasm by having them wreak havoc in some of the high traffic areas while working on other things)
2. Flash Jordan
Anyone who can cast hailstones will break the urn in one shot.
I've also pulled it off using various combinations of tremmor and haunted hail, but this one isn't as reliable, sometimes I have to re-do them a few times to get it to work.
Also, she won't actually be freed until a mortal walks past, though I'm fairly sure any mortal will do.
3. Fingers. Only thing I want to note here aside from what's been said is Fool's Errand can be great here. If you cast it on the cook, he'll run to one of several locations (his quarters, the kitchen, the bilge room, the gambling room, the piano room, etc)
The power doesn't scare him, so it's a good way to handle getting the idiot to go to the music room.
To whomever said he only had to be on the same floor, that's not quite right. He MUST whistle the tune in close proximity to the piano room door, or inside the room. Seems like every single time Fool's Errand sends him to the proper room, he whistles it automatically upon entering, which helps a little anyways.
4. To get players to go and play at the roulette wheel. You can lure them with rattle chains etc.. however often, they walk in, then leave in a moment, or look around for the sound, but don't play. Additionally, jinx alone doesn't seem to work very often (cast on the dealer) you CAN cast charm on whoever actually approaches the table (but you usually need to set Lucky's orders to "Pick on MORTAL (whoever's playing)" and quickly tell him to cast charm on them to get that to work. Otherwise, he'll just charm the dealer, since he's closest.
The BEST way I've found so far, is wait until someone who doesn't seem to be doing anything particularly important (or isn't scared etc) walks close by (either the door on the side of the room players come in, or out on the decking close to the walls of the room). When someone's in range, cast Luckstorm. If it hits them, they'll come in and start playing (And win).
Hope it helps, -Kitty
