If you didnt already know, there is more than one way to complete this mission, not just scaring the Don.
If the Don gains enough Belief, you win. This guide uses that method rather than scaring the Don.
The reason you use Belief method rather than scaring him out with Terror is for 2 reasons:
1) If you scare him out with Terror you have to wait for him to run out of the map, and with how big Deadfellas is, that can take a while.
With the Belief method, the mission ends immediately once he has sufficient Belief, you do not need to wait for him to run out.
2) With the Terror method, Don runs around the Yacht a lot more than he does with just Belief building.
TEAM
-Boo
-Cogjammer
-Quiver (Can be replaced if you taught Boo or Cogjammer Fool's Errand)
The other Haunters are up to you, I recommend taking whatever your best Belief builders are, as long as they have enough good fetters.
Raindancer is especially good I find, as the Don frequents rooms with Water fetters, and Raindancer starts with Rain and the combo of Distant Thunder+Haunted Hail, making RD an excellent belief builder on Deadfellas.
===PHASE 1===
IMMEDIATELY go to bottom floor and bind Boo into Wavemaster's room and use Leak.
If you did fast enough the stewardess will head back into the lever room before going up the stairs.
While you are waiting for the stewardess to walk to the lever and pull it, quickly go into the gambling room and have Cojammer use Jinx on Eddie, then unbind him.
Unbind Boo once Wavemaster is unlocked.
As soon as Wavemaster is unlocked, bind Wavemaster to the fishbowl in the Don's room, and use hail. As soon as you see the urn is broken, unbind Wavemaster. Flash should unlock shortly afterwards.
By now only about a few seconds should have passed.
===PHASE 2===
Keep harassing the Don until Knuckles unlocks. Make sure you are using Belief powers, not Terror powers!
Usually Knuckles will unlock fairly fast, but sometimes you will get bad RNG and have to restart.
As soon as Knuckles unlocks, unbind all of your Haunters and have Quiver (or your other Fool's Errand user) use Fool's Errand on Jude.
Jude should run straight to Fingers, and you will have unlocked all 4 Haunters.
If you get really, really, really lucky a mortal will be playing the piano at the same time Jude runs into Finger's room, which cuts the lengthy piano cutscene short.
===PHASE 3===
Now that you have all 4 Restless Spirits dealt with, you may now harass the Don with belief powers until the mission completes.
If all went correctly you should have an easy Triple Pumpkin.
