It would be fun if we could switch scenarios. For example make what lies over the cuckoo's nest first mission.

It was working for you before, right?
I'm not sure what could've changed to make this pop up. Can you start IDLE (python gui) and check whether your python is 32bit or 64bit?
it's in the first line: Python 2.7.10 (default, May 23 2015, 09:40:32) [MSC v.1500 32 bit (Intel) ...
or
Python 2.7.10 (default, May 23 2015, 09:40:32) [MSC v.1500 64 bit (Intel) ...

Nah, it's fine.
Go to your PyQt4 folder, it's probably in C:\Python27\Lib\site-packages\PyQt4 Check if there is a "bin" folder inside. If there is, copy everything from the bin folder to PyQt4 folder. (bin's parent folder)

There is no bin folder in PyQt4 folder... Its so complicated. Why you dont make an .exe file? I think it should work without downloading python and pytq4

Mm, then I have no idea how to fix it. I will get back to you if I think of something.
Making it an .exe is possible, I will give it a try if it's not too complicated.

Update 0.0.7
The editor is now also available as an .exe file. You can find the link on the first page.
