It's been a long time since I've gone back here, in the very least a few years. It's good to know that's it's still alive. 
Anyways, the reason I put this topic up is that I was looking at my old Ghost Master disc and in the event that it could no longer work I figured I'd check here to see if there was more options. After seeing the Game Download option from Amazon I jokingly checked Steam to see if it was there. And lo and behold it was for the same price.
So really, just wanted to tell you guys that you can get it from Steam as well. And to also say thank you for keeping this site up. I have good memories of playing this game and see this still up here made my day.
