of course i want a job with a game company, that just gave me an idea, im gonna go to gamestop, eb, and gamestop tommorow, and ill also go to gamestop, and if i have time, gamestop.(there is 4 gamestops near me)

I can't see them pushing the US release date back even further - if anything, I'd bring it forward if I were Empire. This kind of thing does sometimes happen.
It's not like they're saying Q3 2003 - September 2 seems a pretty specific date, so I'd guess it will stick.

I guess the long wait has been down to the fact that it's been in development for so long. I'd rather wait than buy a really rushed game.
The only insignificant delay is the big gap between the UK and US release, but if you like Halloween in the States then I suppose it makes sense.
