I've got the same problem, black lines and very low fps............here are my system spec

P.s:It ran smooth about 4-5 years ago on a pentium 3 with lower specs

Your graphics card only has 256 MB display memory. That strongly indicates it isn't a proper 3D card! Is your computer a laptop, perhaps?

nope it's a desktop, i had an nvidia 550ti but it died on me this one's stock......................but i can't understand it ran on lower specs as i recall and i checked it's requirements it needs 40-60mb graphics card memory

It appears to say that it should run on your system, yes. But I don't see the word "smooth" anywhere... Believe me, Ghost Master is a picky game when it comes to graphics cards!
